Kids Therapy
Support for anxiety, behaviour and emotional regulation, trauma, OCD, grief, attention concerns, and family or school challenges.
Adults Therapy
Compassionate support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, mood challenges, and personality related concerns.
Assessments
Cognitive, learning, behavioural/attention, intellectual disability, and autism assessments (waitlist applies). Includes intake consultation, formal testing, report, and feedback session.

We created Therapy Collective with one simple intention, to build a space that feels warm, familiar, and genuinely human. After years of working side by side and supporting clients together, our shared passion for meaningful, relationship centred care naturally grew into the vision you see today.
To us, therapy should never feel clinical or intimidating. We know seeking support can be a vulnerable step, so we’ve shaped Therapy Collective to feel comforting, reassuring, and grounded, a place where you can exhale and feel truly seen.
Our approach blends experience, evidence based practices, and a deep belief in the power of genuine connection. We welcome individuals of all ages, and we tailor our support to the unique needs and stories of the people who walk through our doors.
